This program begins with an initial assessment where one of our doctors will determine everything that needs to be corrected in order to optimize your performance and reduce your risk for injury associated with running.

After this assessment, the running program involves all or some of the following components:
- Gait Analysis – Assessing your walking, jogging & running form to pinpoint any areas of concern that need to be corrected
- Full-Body Functional Strength & Mobility Analysis
- Specific Home Exercise Prescription – Addresses Necessary Areas
- Manual Therapy Interventions – Performed as Needed
- Massage/Soft-Tissue Mobilization, Joint Mobilizations & Manual Stretching – Quickly & Comprehensively Restore Restricted Areas Throughout the Body - Dry Needling Treatments – alleviate pain, relax tight tissues, improve tissue healing
- StemWave Shockwave Therapy – promote blood flow, reduce pain/inflammation, accelerate tissue healing and improve pain-free mobility
- Patient Education – Throughout the Process for Optimal and Lasting Results
- Weekly Re-Assessment of Progress – To Fine-Tune the Program, Make Necessary Progressions & Maximize Results for Each Client
